TWO (2) PROOFS OF RESIDENCY ARE REQUIRED BEFORE WE CAN CHANGE A STUDENT'S ADDRESS AND TRANSPORTATION. Following is a list of permissible documents:
Proofs of Residency:
FOR HOMEOWNERS: the Deed, mortgage statement or property tax assessment, and one of the following: utility bill, driver's license, voter registration, permits, or other expenditures demonstrating personal attachment to a particular address
FOR RENTERS: the Lease, and one of the following: utility bill, driver's license, voter registration, or other expenditures demonstrating personal attachment to a particular address
