Mock Trial

The Mock Trial program is offered as part of the statewide Vincent J. Apruzzese Mock Trial competition. In this club, students will take on the roles of either litigators (attorneys), witnesses, or jurors and prepare for trial. As part of this competitive program , they will go head-to-head with students from other schools as their adversaries, competing against them at the Morris County Courthouse. For students who may be interested in the legal justice system, this is a great way to see first hand what it takes to try (and hopefully win!) a case. For those who aren't interested in the advocacy side of things, but are interested in learning more about litigation, there are roles for time-keepers, writers, and there is a courtroom art contest as well.
